Monday Munchies ~ Corn Pudding

This is a great quick and easy side dish you can pull together in no time flat.

Sweet Corn Pudding

2 cups fresh corn (or 1 large can creamed corn)
1 large can Carnation Evaporated Milk
¾ cup sugar
½ stick butter
2 tablespoons flour
3 large eggs
Pinch salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Blend flour and sugar together

Beat the eggs in separate bowl, and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Mix all remaining ingredients together.
Pour into a small lightly greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and firm. Cut into small pieces and serve.

    1. Yes, you can use regular milk. It will be thinner and may need to cook a bit longer. just keep an eye on it as you bake it. ;)
